These Terms of Service and Comprehensive Disclaimers ("Terms") constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between Truetab LLP ("Truetab", "we", "us", or "our") and the individual or entity ("User", "you", or "your") accessing, browsing, registering, or utilizing the TrueProtect platform, its subdomains, mobile applications, and modular services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, subscribing to any service module, or interacting with the Platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
TrueProtect is a modular digital protection-services, wellness organization, and administrative convenience platform. Truetab does not provide clinical services, legal counsel, or physical emergency transport directly.
The Platform serves primarily as an informational hub, lead generation portal, and interface for prospective or current clients or customers. These Terms govern public and preliminary access to the Platform. The actual provisioning, deployment, service level agreements (SLAs), pricing, uptime guarantees, and detailed operational deployment of any enterprise product or consulting project are strictly governed by standalone Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Agreements, or Statements of Work (SOWs) executed independently in writing between Truetab and the respective corporate client. These Terms do not supersede or modify any executed commercial MSA or SOW.
For the purpose of third-party modules hosted on the system (including telemedicine networks, independent legal networks, and independent ambulance dispatch routing), Truetab operates strictly as an "Intermediary" as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Truetab complies with the statutory due diligence requirements under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Truetab exercises no administrative, editorial, or clinical control over third-party provider content, logistics execution, or professional advice, and disclaims all liability resulting from such third-party actions or omissions.
TRUEPROTECT IS NOT AN INSURANCE PRODUCT, INSURANCE POLICY, RISK-POOLING ARRANGEMENT, OR FINANCIAL INDEMNITY CONTRACT.

Your access to the Platform is strictly conditioned upon your acceptance of the Truetab Privacy Policy, which is fully integrated into these Terms by reference. This policy governs our collection, storage, and processing of your personal data, including mobile numbers, birth dates, health metrics, vehicle documents, and facial biometric templates.
In accordance with Section 15 of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 (Duties of Data Principal), you are legally obligated to maintain the integrity of the data you input into our infrastructure. You represent, warrant, and covenant that you will:
A breach of these statutory duties exposes you to regulatory penalties under the DPDP Act framework and constitutes an immediate material breach of these Terms.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial use, unless accessing the interface through an authorized enterprise partner or OEM white-label agreement.

Truetab frequently engages with prospective corporate clients, enterprise partners, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) through product demonstrations, proofs of concept (PoCs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and technical scoping sessions. Any commercial, technical, operational, financial, or strategic data disclosed by either party during such pre-contractual phases shall be deemed "Confidential Information."
Truetab covenants and agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client-specific data, proprietary infrastructure logs, or internal enterprise metrics shared with us during these discovery sessions. We shall not disclose, sell, leak, or distribute such information to any third party, except:
All materials, data points, product features, software descriptions, workflow diagrams, and modular case studies published across the Platform are compiled and presented solely for general informational, educational, and lifestyle-tracking purposes. They are designed to illustrate Truetab's digital ecosystem capabilities, wellness infrastructure modules, and administrative convenience solutions.
The Platform, its entire underlying code, analytics templates, dashboard previews, transdermal scanning interfaces, and published contents are provided strictly on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. Truetab makes no explicit or implied representations, endorsements, or warranties of any kind regarding the completeness, security, reliability, operational continuity, error-free execution, or fitness for a particular purpose or commercial deployment of the Platform.
While Truetab deploys strict enterprise security safeguards and encryption layers, we do not warrant or guarantee that the Platform will operate uninterrupted, that network latencies will not occur, that bugs or algorithmic anomalies will be resolved instantly, or that the Platform or the servers that host it are entirely free of technical vulnerabilities or localized cyber-threats. The download or acquisition of any material from the Platform is executed entirely at your own discretion and infrastructure risk.
Nothing contained on this Platform constitutes formal professional insurance underwriting advice, clinical medical diagnosis, healthcare advice, institutional financial planning, or binding legal counsel tailored to any specific corporate entity or individual circumstances. The content cannot replace professional human assessment. Individuals and organizations must perform independent professional verification prior to relying on any architectural, medical, or administrative workflows outlined herein.
Any statistical data points, performance graphs, or operational metrics displayed on the Website or within promotional materials (including references to automated ambulance routing speeds, active API integration nodes, document storage capacities, or client satisfaction scores) reflect historical performance and data collected during controlled environments or specific implementations. These metrics are purely illustrative, and Truetab provides no assurance or guarantee that a future deployment or alternative user environment will achieve identical performance criteria.
Truetab's provision of "compliance-ready" product features, encrypted logging protocols, and data classification pipelines serves as a foundational technical tool kit to support user workflows. It does not constitute a legal guarantee or formal certification of regulatory compliance for any corporate or retail deployment. Truetab shall not be held liable for any statutory violations, institutional fines, or regulatory actions initiated against a client or user by the Digital Personal Data Protection Board or any other administrative body.
Truetab reserves the absolute, unilateral right, without prior notice or assigning any explicit legal reason, to terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to all or any part of the Platform with immediate effect.
Truetab's AI Wellness Scan module deploys advanced transdermal facial biometric processing scripts, machine learning models, and computer vision systems to estimate general wellness metrics. You explicitly recognize and agree that these automated tools are engineered exclusively to support personal lifestyle awareness and human decision-making, not to replace formal medical diagnosis.
Predictive algorithms, physiological estimations, and biometric readouts represent statistical probabilities derived from facial tracking variables. Truetab makes no absolute guarantee, representation, or legal warranty regarding the flawless accuracy, medical completeness, or mathematical infallibility of any AI-generated output. Variations in user lighting, device camera resolutions, and facial positioning can significantly alter readings.
Truetab's digital infrastructure interfaces with various external applications, including independent legal databases, public vehicle registry frameworks, medical practitioner networks, and third-party data ecosystems.
You explicitly acknowledge that any such API connections, live database synchronizations, and data pipelines are fundamentally subject to, dependent on, and governed by the independent terms of service, API rate limits, and uptime limits of those respective third-party provider systems. Truetab shall not be held liable or responsible for sync interruptions, system latency, data truncation, or unilateral modifications executed by third-party API providers or infrastructure hosts.
All rights, titles, and interests in the Platform—including but not limited to the Truetab and TrueProtect names, corporate logos, proprietary system architecture, transdermal facial biometric processing scripts, interface configurations, database structures, graphic designs, and custom code modules—are the exclusive intellectual property of Truetab LLP.
Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to copy, mirror, frame, scrape, extract, or commercially exploit any intellectual property without our express, prior written authorization.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRUETAB LLP, ITS PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE USER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.
This exclusion includes, without limitation, loss of business profits, loss of corporate revenue, loss or corruption of health metrics data, personal injury, wrongful death, service interruptions, or the cost of finding replacement technology, arising out of or connected with the use or performance of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truetab, its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, accidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this Platform. This means we are not responsible for lost profits, business interruptions, website downtime, loss of algorithmic data, or the cost of finding replacement technology, even if we were advised that these issues could happen. Because this Website, its tools, standard lead forms, and exploratory evaluations are provided to you free of charge, Truetab carries zero direct liability for your use of them.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Truetab, its affiliates, directors, officers, technical consultants, and infrastructure partners from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, regulatory fines, and legal expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising directly or indirectly out of:
These Terms, their construction, performance, validity, and any non-contractual obligations or disputes arising out of them shall be governed exclusively by, and construed strictly in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
If internal negotiations fail, the parties explicitly agree that the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall possess exclusive territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction to adjudicate any legal suits, writs, actions, or formal proceedings arising out of these Terms or the use of the Platform.
