With more than 20 years of experience in insurance and healthcare services, Abhay is a seasoned professional and a determined leader. His mission is to create market differentiation by spearheading technology innovations and leading product strategy. His expertise lies in Fintech and InsurTech. Abhay has established and nurtured two startups; he has paved the way for Indicosmic Capital Pvt. Ltd. and Global India Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd, not to mention its online vertical – mypolicynow.com. He manages product, sales and service teams, including P&L at both the companies. Before he embarked upon his entrepreneurial journey, Abhay dedicated a decade to one of the leading Insurance Broking firm in the country, as the National Head of Retail. Every milestone through the course of his career has emboldened him and enriched him with experiences. Abhay Deep received his Master’s in Business Administration and EPBM degree from IIM Kolkata.
